Glenn is part of the Human Resource & Development team in Dubai Airports since 8 years. His responsibilities include employee health and wellbeing, employee benefits, reward and recognition, employee engagement through various sports, social and cultural events etc.

In summary Glenn’s accountability strategically impacts the organizations Culture and Reputation through the day to day business he is responsible for. Glenn is also responsible for the airport wide Reward and Recognition programme that drives a service mindset within Dubai Airports and its 20+ stakeholders panning over 20,000 employees.

Glenn is also actively involved in Dubai Airports CSR initiatives and has led teams that delivered CSR programmes that have impacted the lives of many people worldwide. Prior to joining Dubai Airports, Glenn worked for Dubai Duty Free for 13 years and his last position was that of Training Advisor. Glenn has been actively involved in various customer service initiatives with Dubai International Airport and firmly believes that customer service is absolutely paramount for any airport to be successful.

Through his role in HR he also supported and contributed to the successful opening of Terminal 3. Glenn completed his studies in Mumbai India; he holds a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management and a graduate degree in Philosophy and Economics. Glenn also completed Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme and is now a certified Internal Airport Professional. He enjoys football, hockey and cooking Indian food.
