Linda Jarnhamn

Sparked out of fascination with neuroscience and frustration over the often simplified application of the science to critical business situations, Linda has embarked on a journey to apply neuroscience to the world of work in the Middle East. Linda is a human capital and change management expert and leader with 15+ years of experience of working both in Middle Eastern and globally.

She is one of the pioneers in the region to apply neuroscience to business and is the Founder of HRinspireME, a hub and a consultancy that brings together neuroscience, HR and change management in the Middle East. Focus areas include NeuroChange, Brain Energy Maximisation and Work 4.0 – all with an aim to introduce more effective organisational interventions by applying neuroscience to the world of work and change management. She is the initiator and lead researcher on the Exercise4Brainfitness research project, which was conducted in collaboration with Flabuless and Crescent Petroleum/Crescent Enterprises. She is also a regular writer on the topic of neuroscience and the world of work on LinkedIn.

She previously worked as a consultant for blue chip Consulting organisations (Deloitte & Aon Hewitt) and as the EMEA HR Director for a Strategy/Customer Experience Consulting Firm. Over the years, she has lead large scale HR and organisation change projects and teams, across a diverse group of companies such as Mondelez International, LafargeHolcim, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, the Executive Council of Dubai, Saudi Aramco, Etisalat, UAE University, Pfizer, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Thomson Reuters and the BBC.
